A recovery membership is easy to overbuy. The studio tour feels good, the service list looks useful, and the monthly plan seems cheaper than paying one visit at a time. The math only works when the plan matches your real schedule.
This Tampa price guide uses published figures in our provider directory. Studios that do not publish a number are marked "contact studio." Prices and membership terms can change, so confirm them before paying.

Florida Float Spa Tampa
Florida Float Spa provides the clearest public baseline in our Tampa data. A 30-minute infrared sauna costs $29, and a 60-minute contrast therapy session costs $69. Its listed memberships include unlimited sauna for $99 per month and contrast therapy for $49 per month.
The studio also lists floats from $69 for a first visit, regular 60-minute floats at $79, and a float membership starting at $59 per month. PEMF is listed at $29 for 30 minutes.
Do not compare the $49 contrast membership with a single $69 session until you know what the membership includes. Ask how many visits come with it, whether cold plunge and sauna happen in the same booking, and whether unused sessions carry forward.
Pause Studio Midtown Tampa
Pause uses credits across a large service menu. Members can apply the plan to cold plunge, infrared sauna, float, red light, compression, cryotherapy, and IV therapy, subject to the studio's current credit rules.
Credit systems work well when your routine changes from week to week. They require more homework than an unlimited sauna plan. Request a written example showing the monthly cost of your likely schedule. For instance, price four cold plunge and sauna visits, then add two compression sessions. Check whether premium services require more credits.
MyJourneyMD
MyJourneyMD in Land O' Lakes publishes several membership prices in our directory: Pioneer Journey at $95 per month, Wellness Unlimited at $149, Explorer Journey at $195, Wellness Unlimited+ at $199, and Voyager Journey at $395.
Its listed services include red light therapy, cryotherapy, IV therapy, infrared sauna, PEMF, and compression. Plan names do not explain the exact service allowance, so request a current benefit sheet before comparing these figures with single-modality memberships.
Revivery Westchase
Revivery's product is a coached contrast session rather than a large menu of unrelated equipment. Its membership price is not included in our current provider data.
Ask how many guided sessions are included each month, how long a class lasts, and whether you reserve a fixed time. Early weekday hours may matter more than a small price difference if morning is the only reliable slot in your schedule.
Restore Hyper Wellness
Restore locations in Carrollwood and Westchase use membership credits across services such as cryotherapy, red light therapy, infrared sauna, compression, IV therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen. Available services can differ by location.
Request the location's current plan sheet. Then mark the services you will use and ignore the rest when comparing value. A plan with broad access can still be expensive if your preferred services consume credits quickly or require upgrades.
Rest Recovery Tampa
Rest Recovery Tampa plans to put cold plunge, sauna, red light therapy, compression, float, hyperbaric oxygen, and PEMF under one membership roof in Lutz. Pricing has not been released.
The breadth may reduce the need for separate sauna, float, and recovery memberships. The final value will depend on plan limits, booking access, and how services are bundled. Join the Rest Recovery Tampa waitlist for launch pricing when it becomes available.
Calculate your real monthly cost
Write down the sessions you completed during the last four weeks, or the sessions you can honestly fit into the next four. Use that number, not an ideal routine.
For a limited membership, divide the monthly fee by included sessions. Add initiation charges, equipment upgrades, late cancellation fees, and unused credits. For an unlimited plan, estimate the number of visits you will make and divide the fee by that number.
A $99 unlimited sauna plan costs about $25 per visit when used four times. At eight visits, it is about $12.38 per visit. The same membership costs $99 per visit when life gets busy and you go once.
Questions to ask before joining
Ask for the answers in writing:
- Which services and visit lengths are included?
- Do credits expire or roll over?
- Is there an initiation fee or minimum term?
- How much notice is required to cancel?
- Can members book popular evening and weekend times earlier?
- Can family members share visits?
- What happens when equipment is unavailable?
Compare the answers with our Tampa recovery studio checklist and cold plunge and sauna comparison. The least expensive plan is the one you consistently use without paying for separate services elsewhere.
